Directions: From I-95 take Exit 64 (10th Ave North) east, past Dixie Hwy five (5) more blocks to Federal Hwy. Turn left (north) and go 1 ½ blocks. The bldg is yellow with blue awnings. If you see 12th Ave North, you’ve gone one place too far. If you get lost, just call and we will guide you in!
NOTE: class size will be limited to eight (8) attendees.
Due to the limited class size and the subsequent increase in personal hands-on experience
by the instructor, the investment for the seminar will be $325.00, payable by credit card
(Visa and Master Card only) or check received 10 days prior to the seminar.
We will allow a payment plan of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars down and One Hundred Twenty-Five ($125.00) Dollars payable the following month.
 
Please know the origin, insertion and actions of the following muscles:
Rectus femoris, psoas, abdominals, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, piriformis

The Magic of Muscle

This seminar explores the influence of scapular positioning scapular stabilization and the Law of reciprocal inhibition as possible hidden factors in neck, hand and rotator cuff function. Also considered is the role of muscles that act as relocators of the humeral head into the glenoid fossa during strong distractive forces produced during arm movements.

The weekend will be divided into four 3-hour sessions:
 
1. Pectoralis Minor: Scapular Positioning
2. Serratus Anterior and Rhomboids: Scapular Stabilization
3. Latissimus Dorsi and Pectoralis Major (Costal Division): Reciprocal Inhibition
4. Relocators: Muscles that preserve the integrity of the gleno-humeral joint during forceful arm motions.

NOTE: Class size will be limited to six (6) participants. This will permit the attendee to have valuable one-on-one learning experience. Contact us today to reserve your place.
